Olive oil From the Mediterranean countries is very beneficial for  health. Fats are essential for the body because they provide calories, oleic acid, linoleic acid and other components. Healthy Recipe # 1: Potato Salad 4 servings.
500 g tiny new potatoes, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 / 2 cup chopped chives, 15 g pitted olives, 1 tablespoon toasted macadamia nuts roughly chopped, 1 head of lettuce, 80 g of clean watercress. Cook the potatoes in a large pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes or until tender, drain. Peel the potatoes, mix in vinegar, oil, chives, olives and walnuts in a large bowl. Arrange lettuce on plates, cover with potato salad and watercress.

Healthy Recipe # 2: Lemon Chicken
6 chicken pieces (breasts and legs], Common lime 1kg, 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, Pepper to taste, Red pepper (or chili grind), Olive oil, 1 bay leaf, Salt to taste. Make a sauce using a little lemon juice, garlic, peppers, oil, bay leaf and salt. Mix well and add the chicken. Let marinate the bird for about two hours. Place chicken and sauce in a pot and simmer. While the meat is roasted, add the lemon juice and stir. You must have a little patience for the bird you gain flavor. Remove from heat when chicken meat is tender. Serve immediately.
